Digital Brand Communication Specialist – Temporary: for maternity leave coverage

PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:

Within FPT Industrial, for a maternity leave substitution, we are looking for a Digital Brand Communication Specialist to join the Brand Communication Global Team.

The candidate will support the Brand Communication Global Team on all the activities related to the development, implementation and management of the Digital touchpoints.

The Digital Communication Specialist is responsible for the new website redesign project with “customer centric” approach. He/She will help team with the migration to the new CMS (Sitecore) and will assure the timing & costs project consistency. The role is occasionally subject to top management exposure.

Main responsibilities for FPT Industrial corporate communication:

Digital touchpoints Management

  • Website maintenance: proactive in defining and managing the creation of contents in collaboration with internal team or external agencies;
  • Coordinate overall activities of website by liaising with other Marketing/Sales/Segments colleagues;
  • Responsibility of timings and consistency of the communication by key markets worldwide;
  • Monitoring the whole process to ensure the achievement of the goals within the scheduled timing;
  • Relations and daily work with other functions based in several locations (Europe, North America, LATAM and APAC Regions);
  • Define UI (User Interface) & UX (User Experience) aspects of the Web and Mobile products according to the FPT Brand Identity;
  • Maintenance of mobile App and creation of new Communication digital tools;
  • Monitoring of digital activities and reporting with main KPIs;
  • Managing of e-mail/marketing automation platforms;
  • Digital support in worldwide trade show and company events;
  • Digital advertising planning and execution.

Communication Management
 

  • supporting in the definition of the editorial calendar and of local contents related to owned media: websites, social media channels, etc ;
  • digital content monitoring related to Brand communication projects;
  • measuring and benchmarking digital contents developed for the categories in scope (analysis of owned/earned and paid channels).
     

Performance Control & Analysis

  • measuring consumer engagement initiatives performance and sharing digital insights with focus on the categories in scope and related with competitors’ strategy;
  • measuring the efficiency of owned media and identifying possible areas of improvement;
  • measuring the efficiency of earned/paid digital media and recommending actions to optimize spending.

IF YOU'RE ATTRACTED TO THIS POSITION, YOU PROBABLY ALREADY HAVE:

  • Master’s degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Digital Marketing depts. (preferably in multinational companies) with strong focus on website (redesign) and UX/UI design knowledge
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing methodologies and tools
  • Advanced proficiency in MS-Office applications (PowerPoint, Word)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with people and work in a cross-functional team
  • Fluency in Italian and English

LOCATION:

  • Hybrid work

 

The contract is temporary: Maternity Leave coverage

Requisiti
