Our Client, an important engineering company in province of Modena, is searching for a SOFTWARE ENGINEER.
Working in a team environment design and develop software solutions for automated warehousing operations and integration in support of the company s complete product portfolio, following company's concepts and standards, rules and tools within the division.
Supporting a continuous improvement by a common way of working and efficient software development.
He/she is responsible for developing functional user requirements initially as part of a sales team.
Once the project reaches the implementation phase, he/she works with the realization team until the detailed system specification is completed. The position holder takes responsibility for assuring that the functional requirements meet the customer specifications and implementing the solution with respect to the customer budget and company's profit margin target.
- Practical experience of database programming is a must
- 2-3 years professional experience * Solid understanding of the customer s operational working practices and requirements
- Interaction with other departments/functions
- Excellent skills in problem solving and communication
Essential requirements:
* Understanding of real time programming, relational database concepts and architecture * Good understanding of MS SQL Server Database Administration * Object-oriented principals * Basic knowledge of web technology * . NET Platform environment in particular, Visual C , Visual C * Good English (both oral and written)
