For a TLC Company, we are hiring IT Support Specialist Categorie Protette (legge 68/99)
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Assess infrastructure on a regular basis to ensure it continues to meet necessary demands
Manage daily operations of the IT department
Develop new strategies and IT procedures to increase efficiency, enhance workflow and
improve customer satisfaction
h Coordinate with the needs of in-house IT experts and remote employees, vendors and
contractors
Assist with the installation of new hardware and software and help employees training on
their use
Offer suggestions for possible upgrades and changes within the IT department
Provide support for the implementation, configuration, deployment and support of
systems, including, but not limited to client computing devices and servers
Provide training to new employees and other training sessions as required.
The successful Candidate
University Degree/High School Diploma
At least 1/2 years of experience as IT Support Specialist or helpdesk
Good Knowledge of English
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft platforms (Windows Server included)
Excellent Knowledge of Administer network and data security
Proven track record of IT structural integrity maintenance
Excellent IT, communication and management skills
Problem solving and multitasking skills.
