Manpower professional ricerca per azienda operante nel settore della meccanica di precisione un TECHNICAL SALES MANAGER.
Analyze Request for Quotation (RFQ) and Bid/tender, checking technical feasibility and cost structure, in cooperation with the Technical Department and the Operations. Prepare the offer and in the case of the bid the associated required technical documentation. Maintain and progressively consolidate relationships with existing customers through appropriate commercial interactions, such as visits to customers, meeting, participation to conferences.
Support the Commercial Director in identifying new customers and new business opportunities, contributing to the growth of the company sales.
Follow customers from the RFQ to the delivery of the finished goods to the customer site. Keep an effective interface between the customer and the SRV functions (e.g. Operations, Technical Department, Quality Assurance) to handle the time schedule of the projects, accommodate possible sudden changes and/or possible technical issues and manage non conformities.
Support the Commercial Director in elaborating the annual sales budget and the 3 years plan.

University degree (Engineering, Physics, Chemistry - others with technical background)
Fluent English speaking and writing
Previous experience: at least 5 years in designing, manufacturing, testing UHV chambers and systems for accelerators or industrial application.
Ability to understand technical drawings and use 3D CAD systems ( e.g. Autodesk Inventor, AutoCAD )
Familiarity: UHV technology and procedures, machining and cleaning of materials to UHV standards.
Experience: Working in an International environment - Traveling worldwide
Soft skills : team working, proactivity, problem solving
