The Technical Sales Assistant, Construction & Industrial Division (C & I) is responsible for effectively operating construction & Industrial growing technical sales for the core and new corrosion protection products in the Italian, European, Middle East and North Africa market. Working in conjunction with the Technical Sales Engineer to develop, manufacture and source corrosion protection products from suppliers and provide effective service for customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

TECHNICAL SALES:
Responds to inquiries from potential customers accurately and expediently.
Diligently follows up on proposals and negotiates programs and pricing for territory.
Provide engineering support to issue project documentation.
Provide engineering support to improve existing products and processes efficiency and effectiveness.
Increase Sales and maximize gross margin within territory as per the published sales plan.
Provide current and new potential customers solutions by recommending new products and services that fit company competencies.
Identify and evaluate new market and new product opportunities for division.

MARKETING:
Attend trade shows to promote the company s proprietary products and services, following up on all sales leads and opportunities within 1 week of the scheduled event.

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT:
Diligently follow up on proposals and negotiate programs and pricing for territory.
Completes all quotations and costing proposals for the territory.
Secure and follow through all initial sales orders to completion for the territory.
Reviews shipping schedule weekly to ensure on-time delivery and pro-active approach for late orders.
Completes customer surveys to all territory customers.
