For PHILIP MORRIS ITALIA we are hiring a TALENT ACQUISITION EXECUTIVE
Your 'day to day'

As Talent Acquisition executive, you will provide value and support by attracting, sourcing and selecting the best talents for today's and future business needs, while ensuring the best candidate experience.


Specific responsibilities include:

You will support the People and Culture (HR) department in:

- Recruitment and Selection:
You will run Recruitment, consult and support Hiring Managers in selection and usage
of the right TA tools Perform screening, Run interviews, Coordinate HR Services activities regarding recruitment related build TA capabilities of Line managers and suggest improvements of TA local processes

- Assessment Activities:
Organize, deploy and facilitate Assessment Centers

- Support Cluster TA Strategy and TA Plans:
Contribute to the creation of cluster TA strategy and plans and provide inputs to Cluster TA Manager for strategic design

- Employer Branding activities:
You will execute Cluster/country Attraction Activities, supporting TA Manager on the deployment of engagement activities (career sites, job boards, job fairs, social media) organize and deliver, represent company in job fairs (coordination with SSC / HR Services)

- On-boarding Activities:
Manage full-fledged integration and onboarding of employees (integration program, induction)

- Collaboration in the implementation of Global and Local Internship Programs:
You will manage Internship selection processes and the partnership with external providers for internship activation (i.e. university placement)

- Support External Certification activities and Internal Communication activities


Who we are looking for :
- University degree in Work and Organizational Psychology or related field. Master in HR is a plus
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in managing recruitment process end-to-end, for a wide variety of different positions across multiple functional areas, in Multinational Company, Agency or Consulting
- Proven experience in leading multiple projects simultaneously is required, as is the ability to develop long-lasting relationships and influence others
- Expertise and experience in Attraction Activities, Employer Branding projects and Assessment
- Experience in HR recruiting processes and practices (i.e., compensation, employment laws, interviewing skills, sourcing strategies, internship activation)
- Knowledge of social networks and technology trends
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer focus and organization skills
- Influence skills, ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Fluency in Italian e English language is a must

- Team player, positive attitude and willingness to share competencies
- Project Management Skills, agility to work in complex and fluid environment with tight deadlines.
- Behavioral Based Interviewing training is highly desirable
- Project and Time Management
- Entrepreneurship, positive attitude, attention to details.
