For a boutique in Florence, we are searching for a: Store Manager (w/m)
The role will involve managing, motivating and developing a sales team, ensuring excellent retail standards to be managed and maintained to the highest possible level.
The Store Manager will provide an outstanding customer service experience (highly personalized and efficient) and he/she will be an excellent ambassador for the brand as part of a high performing sales team.
The role:
- Manage a 6-8 people s team
- Demonstrate a consistent level of high professionalism in order to create and maintain a constant relationship with the customers and maximise sales, whilst adhering to all company policies and procedures
- Monitor the achievement of the key store targets, setting priorities to meet short and long term goals
- Actively participate in sales by supervising all phases of the process, ensuring that the customer's needs and expectations are met and exceeded
- Manage customer complaints and ensure that the correct resolution is achieved
- Stock control management.
Furthermore, the candidate must:
- Have a solid previous experience as Store Manager
- Be strongly KPI-oriented
- Have proven people management, communication, planning and organizing skills
- A good knowledge of English language (the knowledge of another language is appreciated)
- Demonstrate and reflect the luxury brand image through customer service, attitude, personal grooming, dress code and behaviour
- Perform back-office activities such as: data entry into the system (customers and sales), inter store movements, stock counting, product receiving, daily closures, inventories, cleanliness of the sales floor, client database
- Develop curiosity and knowledge of the competition and build network
PROFILE
- Previous experience as Store Manager of a luxury brand store (boutique) and selling high and luxury products (shoes and leather goods accessories) preferable
- Excellent understanding of store procedures and selling techniques
- Passion for Luxury Goods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and able to interact appropriately and professionally with team s colleagues
- Extremely customer service and results orientated
- Motivated, positive and committed with a ''can do'' attitude
- Team player and willingness to perform varied tasks depending on the needs of the business
- Excellent personal appearance smart with a sense of individual style
- Open minded and humble
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Excel, etc.)
LANGUAGES
Fluent in Italian and English
Additional languages are a plus (Russian or Chinese preferably)
