We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic SR. Sales Representative for Paper Technologies in the area of Lucca, by to implement a sales plans and grow sales revenue at existing accounts and develop new prospect accounts, by discovering customer needs, testing and analyzing mill process data and perform services at customer job sites as assigned.
We count on this person to position our client as the customer s first choice for chemical solutions and application expertise throughout the quality and reliability of the service delivered.
Services include also start up commissioning, preventive maintenance, repair services, testing, basic operational training for customers, and similar field tasks in the assigned geographic territory.

Essential functions for this position

- Establish strong relationships within your customers -Holding business without loss of revenue to competition financially managing the business profitability, controlling margins demonstrates save behavior including safe driving techniques and maintains car and equipment in neat and professional manner provides on-site customer service for limited product/application/system offerings in accordance with the service plan documents all work and service, including evaluation of plant personnel test results, chemical application rates, chemical and test reagent inventory levels, and program deficiencies/corrective action required.
Diagnoses, repairs or adjusts equipment and trains customers in these procedures. Adjusts chemical dosages/applications when necessary at full service accounts.

Our client offer:
permanent contract, high salary compensation, plus bonus salry - based on the profitable growth of assigned accounts.
Additional benefit: pc, smartphone and car.
Desired qualifications: Bachelor in Chemical Engineer / Chemistry is preferable.
at lest 5 years of experience as technical sales / consultant in this field application is required. Experience in paper technology or paper production is strongly recommended.

Desired skills: Excellent communication and listening skills, Analytical and problem solving skills, Commercial mindset.
Be available for travelling when required.
