Senior Embedded Software Engineer

The successful candidate will be included in a team developing perception, data fusion and the testing stack of an autonomous ground vehicle. You will work with a team of engineers with diverse backgrounds such as robotics, control, and computer vision. In this role, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to develop and deploy systems that enable and support autonomous driving. You will also be responsible for writing software that makes it easier for engineers to write automated software fault response tests.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate in the design and development of the full software stack of an autonomous ground vehicle;
• Collaborate in building perception pipelines that work with real data in rapidly changing and uncertain environments;
• Design, implement, maintain and validate in-house perception algorithms, tools, utilities;
• Research and develop software tools for verification, validation, and system development;
• Work closely with our Vehicle, Firmware, and Software teams to build cross-functional tools;
