A pioneer in offshore product development engineering, the company is one of the largest engineering service providers that cater to diversified verticals.

Wère looking for a SALES MANAGER - Northern Italy
The role requires the incumbent to build and grow accounts by developing in-depth strategies to up- sell and cross- sell through acquiring new customers and growing existing accounts in northern Italy.
He will be responsible for leading strategic opportunity proposals and campaigning efforts and organizing sales efforts. He needs to have an in depth understanding of customer s business drivers and position the company's offerings to meet those requirements.

Required Skills:

9 years of experience selling engineering service solutions in the Italy Market for Automotive &Transportation/ Aerospace & Defence / Energy Business Sector. In particular experience of negotiating and closing multi-million dollar deals and an existing network of key contacts & relationships with customers in the Mechanical / Electrical Engineering and/or product development knowledge.
A global outlook with an entrepreneurial mindset but at the same time the ability to adapt and grow as part of a high growth organization.
Advanced training in Sales and/or account management related areas
A degree in BS or MS Engineering and /or with an MBA would be preferred

Work Location: Milan.
Frequent travels in Italy and abroad and flexibility are required.
