For our client, an Automotive company, we are looking for a Quality technician, that assures consistent quality of production by developing actions and enforcing production plan control, validating processes, providing documentation.
The main missions of the role are:
Ensure and contribute to the systematic further development of the quality assurance system.
Auditing and supplier support.
Carrying out of product / process audits, D-parts audits, including all relevant departments.
Blocking of defective material/machinery/equipment.
Ensuring the required quality during routine tests.
Support for operator in terms of product quality.
Implementing quality planning.
Plan quality inspection: Initiate measures for quality assurance and improvement.
Implement quality assurance measures and verify their effectiveness and, if necessary, initiate corrective action.
Selecting and setting of measuring and test equipment.
Create Test instruction including documentation.
Create and update technical documentation.
Customer contact for complaints.
Causing corrective actions.
Development of quality statistics.

Responsibilities:
Achieves quality assurance operational KPI targets.
Preparing and completing action plans, implementing production quality and customer-service standards, monitoring the activity status.
Identifies and resolves problems determining system improvements and implementing change.
Sets critical quality items, implementing and monitoring procedures, corrective actions.
Requirements:
Technical High school
3 years of experience in a role in the Quality Assurance/Control Quality Process Dpt (Automotive market represents preferred feature).
Experience in manufacturing companies with a high volume production.
Knowledge of ISO/TS specification.
Fluent English.
Strong teamwork and communication skill, ability to train others.
Problem solving and good priority setting ability.
Knowledge of statistic process control/statistic data analyses.
