For our client, an italian company with a global presence and leader in the power transmission market, we are looking for a Product Marketing Specialist with focus on Control Drives.

The main purpose of this role is to drive all aspects of the product lifecycle, including long and short-term development, product launches and training and examining of product sales performances.
In coordination with the Product Marketing Manager, closely operates with R&D, Sales and all internal and external stakeholders, to identify product segments potentials and benchmark competitor's offerings, running markets researches and formalizing product's characteristics and positioning/marketing mix into a product charter document.
Main activities:
- Assesses market competition by benchmarking the Business Unit product to competitors' ones
- Analyze market segments, CRM data to identify opportunities, define product features and set unique selling points
- Synthesizing all internal and external stakeholder inputs and analysis outputs to elaborate Product Charters (Benchmark, Characteristics, Cost Targets, Marketing mix etc.) and business cases (sales, cost, and profit projections)
- Plans Product Launches and prepares relevant material and related activities
- Drives the elaboration of product catalogues in collaboration with R&D and all the involved stakeholders
- Monitors product positioning (hence its value drivers') and sales/profitability performances defining and implementing corrective actions to mitigate deviations from targets
- Supports the sales force creating product centered competitive analysis
Requirements:
The ideal candidate has Master's degree in Mechatronics or Electric Engineering, a work experience of 2/3 years in the same role in similar companies, fluent knowledge of written and spoken English .
He/she has also good project management skills, effective Written and Oral communication, persuasive Communication skills.
