La divisione Fashion e Luxury di Manpower Professional specializzata nella ricerca e selezione di profili di Middle e Senior Management in ambito Produzione e Retail per prestigiosa azienda settore beni di lusso sta ricercando un PRODUCT MANAGER

The Product Manager is responsible, at worldwide level, for one or more collections watches and is able to manage different stages of the product lifecycle. He/she is responsible in developing new products in line with the strategy and with the DNA of the Brand, working in close contact with the Designers and with the Manufacture. He/she has to analyze the collection and propose its possible evolution in a mid-term and long-term strategy.
Strategic e Operational Responsibilities
Creating briefs for the development of new watches with the following key information: product definition, production quantities, target cost e price, technical features, launch timings and delivery, coordinate the product design with the design team
Manage the collection assortment analyzing the sales and the stock, propose the product assortment evolution and implement possible actions to maximize its profitability (e.g. stock reduction, product implementation
Be responsible for the product cost analysis and the definition of the price strategy either for new products and current collection
Analyze constantly the competition, in order define the assortment price positioning and proposing eventual adjustments (e.g. newsletters, competitors price and product analysis, )
Manage and develop the packaging and accessories assortment (e.g. straps, metal bracelets, buckles, )
Support internal departments and markets by implementing product communication materials:presentation, newsletters and other materials (e.g. product news, ABC, new product presentations, ) and support the other dept. with their product related materials (e.g. press releases, website, )

- Achieving the sales objectives and key business opportunities
- Development and presentation of the new watches in line with the brand strategy
- Development of special watches, exclusive for Retail or Wholesales networks
- Control of the level of stock of watches, proposing actions to reduce the stock and maximize the turnover


'' Bachelor's Degree in Degree in economics or marketing
'' Excellent relational and organizational skills. Proactivity, creativity, dynamism and energy.
'' Excellent spoken and written English proficiency, the knowledge of French will be a plus
'' Professional experience in product marketing of at least 3 years
'' Strong analysis and problem solving, ability to work under pressure and project management skills
'' Passion for watches, innovations, product sensitivity and the predisposition to the luxury world
'' Excellent knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office
'' Willingness to travel
