The candidate will work closely with the Office Coordinator and the Project Managers of the Retail team in order to support in the organization and the set-up of big events scheduled for 2017.
The tasks will include:
liaise with the vendors before and during the event
contact point with the people responsible for the event in the Regions
deadline setting and documents collection
documents preparation (speech and agendas)
operational tasks related to the event and on site presence for all the week
back office activities
Support in the day to day Office activities, including internal travel arrangements meeting rooms booking, expense reports, office support..)
Skills:
Passion for events and event management
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to talk with a different range of internal point of reference and external vendors
Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to multitask
Strong team work skills, with the ability to work on your own and prevent issues
Proactive and positive attitude
Excellent written and oral English
experience in organizing events will be considered a plus
