Temporary position in MDC Planning

PMI has always been a leading company in the sector, but the time of transformation we are currently experiencing is quite exciting and is unprecedented. We are facing one of the greatest transformations in the history of fast-moving consumer goods, and the creation of a vision of a smoke-free future requires enormous courage, resourcefulness and motivation.

In MDC Planning & Reporting, you will

• Participate to MDC test coordination activities in collaboration with Manufacturing, Supply Chain and QA
• Monitor test materials stock level, optimizing usage
• Monitor proper allocation of costs to related  MDC Projects and contribute to predisposition of regular tracking and analysis reports
• Actively participate in implementation and development of tracking of MDC relevant KPIs

Duration: 1 year temporary contract

You will participate in activities as follows:

• Contribute to ensure the fulfillment of projects objectives with periodical tracking and reporting of project activities and costs

• Coordinate internal and external resources for the activities of each test, continuously develop collaborative environment between Industrial Prototyping and other functions across the Company.

You have:

• Masters’ degree in Management Engineering / Business Administration/ Economics
• Project management attitude
• Analytical skills and interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment, with high level of autonomy and driving results by expected deadline
• Required: Excel, Word, Power Point.  Basic Knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Fluent English and Italian.
