JUNIOR CATEGORY

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Develop the communication agreements for mini markets (Basic PDP, Executive PDP, Flagships) and Kiosks. Work closely with Sales Force to identify and evaluate opportunities, make agreements and ensure legal contract sign off. Oversee the delivery of furniture to store
- Issue monthly Reports for All Communication Agreements and in depth analysis of Geographical Coverage.
- Budget handling of all main elements of Communication. Monitor costs & fees as to maximize Investment efficiency. POV SRM Initiator for Suppliers invoices. Maintain archives of the contracts and own responsibility for prompt renewals.
- Secure quality image of the outlets in coordination with the kiosks providers, the outsource service agencies and the 3 externals. Create weekly Performance & Coverage Reports of External Team, in collaboration with the Sales Analyst.
- Coaching and managing External Team services in the field. Request, evaluate, commend and store photobook material for the branded outlets.
- Coordinate and perform Space, Assortment and Range Allocation in store develop and update planograms and an execution plan. Update Siebel database for the branded outlets in coordination with the CRM Supervisor and secure the External Teams database and coverage plan.
- Build strong relations with all Internal & External Stakeholders to enhance team effectiveness and engagement.
- Retrieve and edit furniture assets in coordination with finance and marketing, field force.
- Coordinate change of Communication process with the kiosks providers, the outsource service agencies and the External Team to deliver fast and effective branding change. Issue weekly progress Report.
- Engage in market visits in order to monitor competition activity in the market channels. Issue Competition Report.

The ideal candidate should have this requirements:

- 2 Years working in activation/promotion departments or brand departments in FMCG
- Fluent in English
- Expert level in excel and power point.

Contract offered is a maternity replacement.
