Ci ha incaricati di ricercare un/una: Junior Account Manager (project engineer) settore Automotive.
La sede: Cintura Ovest di Torino
Il lavoro: Responsible for selling the company's products, systems or services, providing detailed technical product information and maintaining relationships with customers in assigned geographic territory, industry or accounts.
Responsibilities & Qualifications: Fully understanding and identifying market opportunities within his/her market sectors.
Customer visits within the existing customer base: to maintain relationships with Engineering, Purchasing, Quality and planning departments Maintain existing business and secure profitable business growth. Customer visits to develop new accounts and prospects in the area. Provide forecast for relevant Customer base. Establishing a business plan including budget for each financial year and ensuring that it is met.Provide forecast for relevant Customer base. Secure profitable business growth . Generate new sales & engineering projects and maintain NPS (New Product Stream) opportunity database.Identify opportunities for custom, innovative solution which may differentiate our Client from competition and allow Customer to deliver innovation to market. Liaise with Sales/Industry/Market/Product management in Automotive EMEA on sales strategy and new project acquisitions. Pricing for the customers within their market.
Promote new products.Supporting internal-external sales representatives on pricing, technical, admin issues.Liaise with internal sales on all customer issues.Collating information for senior management.Global and European interaction between market sectors where appropriate with possible co-ordination of national/international account activity.
Regular Customer visits (Italy and sometimes abroad). Managing Senior Market Managers, Market Managers, External Sales Force and Internal Sales. Coordinators so that overall company objectives are met for the Automotive Business Unit that they have overall responsibility for.


Main skills: Strong organisational and communication skills, both written and oral. Must be capable of working with minimal supervision.Ability to manage people so that company objectives are met whilst ensuring that job satisfaction for those people is maximised.Complete Understanding of Project and Product Costing, product Knowledge. Understanding of the companies manufacturing capabilities, and be able to express these to customers in order to generate business. Self motivation, Initiative, Tenacity, Trust, Accountability. Time management skills. Strategic account management skills.Decision making.Good understanding of suitable software packages including Microsoft (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Be familiar with the current requirements of the Automotive requirements.
Experience in similar position of around 3 years.
Education: Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or similar Fluent English mandatory German appreciated
