Main Responsabilities:

To drive IT sourcing initiatives and develop strategic Vendor relationship for the Electrolux Professional, working in strict coordination with the stakeholders of the IT organization
To build relationship with Suppliers in order to understand their capabilities and fit towards our demand, keeping balanced balance demand and supply with quality and time in deliveries and cost

The ordinary activities of the role are:

Monitor the market and analyze trends in company spending in order to make recommendations in areas for possible cost reduction
Develop, establish, implement, and enforce Supplier and Outsourcer guidelines, obligations, and service level agreements
Comply with all procurement policies and procedures, including those for equipment, hardware, software, and service
Benchmark market conditions for present and future pricing, availability, lead-time of sourcing
Research, identify, and qualify potential new Suppliers.

You are able to communicate on Executive level in Business areas and involve with regional teams to ensure that solutions fit the local needs well and at the same time be a confident leader in enforcing local implementation of standards where local specialization adds no value.

A smart risk taker. You are self-motivated, with high energy and enthusiasm as well organized and methodical to deal with challenges.
International. You are used to a global environment with colleagues all over the world.

Education and Experience

University or comparable in technical discipline
Excellent English knowledge, written and spoken
7 years of experience of negotiating global purchasing contracts within IT
Hands on experience of Software, Outsourcing, Services and Telecom agreements
Experience at managing sourcing with a TCO approach
Proven track record in delivering services with quality and savings through effective purchasing techniques
Experience in Vendor Management or Procurement, including all aspects of strategy sourcing development and execution
Experience of successfully conducting a range of negotiations across a variety of IT categories
Comprehensive knowledge of procurement policies and regulations
Effective contract lifecycle management and negotiation skills
Ability to build relationships with Suppliers who provide a broad spectrum of IT products and services
