IT SUPPORTERIT SUPPORTER will be supporting users working in both offices and in production facilities and will provide support for end users as well as daily maintenance of the IT infrastructure. He will be responsible for handling of swap stocks for Pc, tablets, mobile phones, for meeting room, printers, patching and for creating and maintaining specific documentation. Qualifications requested: experience with Windows client and server OS experience with network equipment, network patching fiber and RJ45 and bigger cabled and wireless HP/Cisco-network familiar with server raids disks, ups systems are an advantage experience with ITIL and knowledge of how to work in a production environment. Candidate requires excellent English verbal and written communication.
