For a multinational mechanical company , we are looking for the IT Help Desk Activities: The main task is to provide daily end users support covering the hardware/infrastructure side as well as the main software used in the Company. Also the incumbent will perform maintenance on existing and new IT equipment. Key Duties: - Sets up, configures, and supports internal and/or external networks Develops and maintains all systems, applications, security, and network configurations Troubleshoots network performance issues and creates and maintains a disaster recovery plan Recommends upgrades, patches, and new applications and equipment. Provides technical support and guidance to users - Performs system backups and recovery - Maintains data files and monitors system configuration to ensure data integrity - Installs new software releases and system upgrades Evaluates and installs patches, and resolves software related problems - liaison with the Application Manager for ERP Profile: Minimum level of education: secondary school Level of English: At least B2. Experience in role of Help Desk IT. Contract: Permanent Contract, Ral maximum 35k To candidate: www.manpower.it
