About the Internship in E-commerce process
You will support the E-commerce process team in exploring areas of commercial development of E-commerce platform, focus on back-end development (e.g. both direct & indirect channels) as well as the e-commerce logistic infrastructure, seeking for web-site performance, to maximise order flow performances including shipments and handling, as system and processes enhancements.
Specific Responsibilities:
- IQOS.it Store Management & Delivery experience
Support the team to ensure high performance of e-commerce platform, stock management-preventing overselling and out of stock, to guarantee product availability, meet satisfaction of consumers and monitor forecast accuracy
- E-Commerce Reporting & Analytics
Support the team for budget and KPI reporting, produce the weekly and monthly reports and constantly get insights from the data to identify opportunities & threats in the e-commerce platform
- Predictive Care
Bridge between our sales force, Contact Service Center & E-commerce providers in managing all issues raised by Consumer
- Project Management support
Support the e-commerce team in new implementations by writing documentations and suggesting basic tech requirements
Who we’re looking for
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or Management Engineering
- Fluent in English and Fluent in Italian
- Literacy in Excel (Pivots) and PowerPoint
- Passion for new digital technologies and the e-commerce business
- Customer and problem-solving orientation
- Ability to work alone, in team and to engage with multi-functional stakeholders
- Passionate about monitoring and reporting
What’s ‘nice to have’
- Knowledge of Access and Jira
- A previous experience in back-office roles (e.g. management of direct or indirect e-commerce channels)
- Communication skills
- Good analytical skills
- Quick learning capabilities entrepreneurial spirit and curiosity
