We are looking for a junior Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) Analyst / Technical service Engineer to support our Technical Service Office in the After-Market Solution Department.

The role requires good communication abilities and a strong attention to detail, to provide professional level support to the Technical Service Offices.
This is an engineering support role which will be best filled by individuals interested in challenging themselves technically while performing various challenging tasks.
The activities will require the knowledge or the willingness to learn the standard applicable to the military environment, such as ASD S1000D, ASD S2000M, ASD S3000L and other applicable standards.

Successful candidates will be able to demonstrate their ability to:
- Collect data from various sources, draw conclusions based on their findings, and defend their conclusions to a wide audience in written and verbal formats.
- Proficiently use MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Knowledge of Access tables, forms, SQL and Database Management.
- Communicate project status to individuals at all organizational levels.
- Propose process changes to improve task efficiency.
- Able to interface with different Customers and provide positive support.

Responsibility:
Main tasks for the role can be:
- Research, organize, write, edit, and produce technical documentation.
- Execute and or review the Required LSA (Logistic support Analysis), with focus on the Reliability, Maintainability and Availability analysis
- Ensure archives and LSA databases are updated and maintained
- Define Maintenance tasks and procedures calculate spare needs and Contribute to the overall Product Lifecycle Maintenance


Required Skills:
- University degree in Mechanical, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent education
- A minimum experience in a similar role for a defense, aerospace or automotive company is preferred
- Very good written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to read, write, and compile technical documents.
- Knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio).
- Knowledge of database management and SQL.
- Knowledge of metadata management, xml and related standards
- Willingness to accept a challenging role and to learn new skills
- Excellent research and analytical skills and attention to detail.
