HW Requirements Test Engineer.

The ``HW Requirements Test Engineer`` works directly with the ``R&D Design Validation & Verification Director``.
He/She is responsible for Verification of HW Requirements in SolarEdge e-Mobility products.

Responsibilities
According SEDG Development Process he/she:
``Analysis of Hardware requirements at different levels (HW functional blocks, PCBA, Component)
``Verify proper implementation of the Hardware requirements.
``test/verification, including HW blocks test, Enviromental test, EMC test, simulations, thermal analysis, schematic design review.
``Responsible for issuing and maintaining (documentation tracking) the technical documentation:
test plans
test specification,
test matrix,
test reports,
recommended EOL test

``Consults and supports hardware design (Schematics and PCB design, simulations, analysis).
``Consults and supports to safety relevant actions (FMEA, FTA, etc.).
``Consults and supports Plant and Quality
``Consults and supports hardware technical aspects within other disciplines.

He/She supports the delivery commitments in conformity with all applicable development processes, methodologies, regulations and standards (e.g.: IATF 16949, ISO26262, A-SPICE).
He/She contributes to the establishment of relationships and collaborations with research institutes, suppliers and development partners. A continuous and harmonic collaboration between all Divisions and Business Units of the Company Group, identifying the relevant synergies is highly expected.


Qualifications
Education:
``at least Bachelor`s Degree in Electronic Engineering with at least 5 years of electronics design and test experience in combustion vehicle or electric vehicle industry.
Experience:
``Previous work in combustion vehicle or electric vehicle industry.
``Experience in testing (HW blocks test, Enviromental test, EMC test)
``Experience in electronic design
``Experience with electronic circuit simulation
``ISO26262 knowledge.
Proven track record of achieving development goals also in critical situations

Communication skills:
``Italian business fluent and English business fluent.
``Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with demonstrated ability to publish work plans, instructions, and reports
``Willingness to cooperate with intercultural Engineering teams located in different countries.
