People and Culture Commercial Organization - Executive

He/She is one of point of reference for all the Commercial organization representing People and Culture function. Support Commercial functions in deploying products and services in alignment with local and functional requirements, business needs and labor law requirements.



Specific Responsibility:

'' Ensure the perfect deployment of all organizational changes (moving, upgrades, salary increase, job title, etc) collaborating with People and Culture team (local and international).

Guarantee that the whole process from the initial communication of the changes to the publishment of the announcement is done on time.



'' Take under control the vacancies within the Commercial Organization in the aim to support the business ensuring the replacement on time and with quality. For this scope it's fundamental the collaboration with Talent Aquisition team. To be a point of reference for the common People and Culture practices such as awards, org chart changes, renewal of the contract, induction of the new hires or new appointed, etc.



'' Support the organizational changes within Commercial area giving inputs to Line Managers and Supervisors in order to deploy People and Culture strategy based on requirements coming from local market.

'' Understand and anticipate business demands, analyze and diagnose the requests and propose and support the delivery of a solution. Provide support advice, consulting and on all business matters with organizational or human capital management aspects.



'' Support Managers in identifying staffing requirements and how to meet those demands. Provide input and support to Talent Acquisition group and take under control the respect of the deadlines. Provide, when it is necessary, support in the selection of the candidates participating into interviews with the hiring manager. Communicate properly with P&C functions in order to guarantee the finalization of the process in an effective way.



'' Participate and support HoF in new projects in collaboration with other functions.


Requirements:

'' Overall Work Experience: 3-5 years in HR or Commerical function in a role of Generalist.

'' Experience in dealing with stakeholders in a medium/big organization.

'' Good level in communication skills.

'' Passion for innovative HR solutions and process improvement.

'' Fluenty in English and Italian.

'' Very good knowledge of SAP HR and Excel

'' Success Factor is a nice to have

We offer a tempoary contract of 6 6 months (ral 30,900 34,000K)
