For our client, leading international Company, we are looking for a:

HR GENERALIST (FLUENT ENGLISH)
Responsibility:

- Control of main industrial indicators such as Headcount, Overtime, Absenteeism percentage, number of injuries, Turnover, Vacation
- Support plant administration activities (Form and ticket Management new hiring, change position, Employees Time Management, Cigo/Cigs)
- Training Process Management (starting course, reporting, training courses uploaded in the platform, training documentations, induction newcomers ....)
- Monitoring Performance Evaluation Process in every phase (from target setting to calibration)
- Blue Collars Development and Management at Shop Floor Level (MMS)
- Verifying the implementation of people development plans according to the individual potentialities owned.
- Control and guarantee the adequate application of company policies and detection of employees behaviors not according to company policies
- Manage relationship with unions organization
- Process payroll and Attendance Management process on the basis of labor law and CCSL disposals
- Communication Process Management
- Union Relation Management

Education (school / specialization): Academic degree (preferably Economical / Law)

Languages levels: English - fluent

Key Experiences / Seniority: at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
