Tasks
Support the assigned functions into of the overall HR Process (from staffing to termination, from performance evaluation to compensation/recognition/benefit, from trainings to talent development, …etc.)
According to the candidate to core competencies he/she he shall enter into the role support the supervisor in handling the activities related to such core competencies ((ei. if the candidate expertise is mainly about union relationship, he /she supports the supervisor in dealing with union relationship activities)

For multinational company operating in the automotive sector we are looking for a:

HR Business Partner

Desired Qualifications:
5-7 years working in Multinational company with a deep experience, at least, in 2 of the following area HR area (Union relationship, Payroll, Compensation)
Preferable knowledge of CCNL metalmeccanico or commercio
Experience dealing with HR structured process
University degree (preferrable law or Economy)
Proficiency in English
Strong power-point and Excel skills
Strong team working orientation and interpersonal skills
