For our client, an italian company with a global presence, leader in the power transmission market, we are currently looking for an:

Europe Sales Development Manager

Reporting directly to the Group Sales Director, he/she guarantees the achievement of the sales performance goals in the Italy, France and Germany, developing a strategy in line with the company guidelines, regarding both the direct and indirect sales channel.

He/she has full accountability on the main sales KPI, revenues, order intake and gross margin for the assigned perimeter and coordinates the Branch Sales Managers (Italy, Germany, France), that report functionally to this position. Ensures the development of the business, identifying opportunities, promoting the company image, maintaining the relationship with the key customers and seeking contacts with potential ones.

He/she has a deep knowledge of the market and keeps continuously updated on trends, competitors, products, in compliance with general company policies and strategies.
Required skills and qualifications:

Qualification in an engineering discipline or clear demonstration of relevant experience

A proven track record of International Sales management

Experience of selling within a multi-product line

Strong presence with good communication and interpersonal skills and an ability to deal confidently at all levels

Ability to work in a complex organization, having multiple offices and plants in order to deliver results

Flexible and resourceful in a dynamic business environment

Ability to travel (possibly at short notice)

Foreign Languages: English, French (preferred)

Years of Experience: 10

This position is based in Bologna.
