Position Summary
We are looking for a very dynamic and business-driven E-commerce Manager, who can develop and further improve the commerce services within our client Group with a strong entrepreneurial approach and a strong data driven approach.


Key Responsibilities

  • Defining and executing commerce strategies for Clients across different markets and channels
  • Research on market trends, competitor activities and other relevant data to provide insights to our Clients business
  • Constantly analyzing digital shelf to get insight on different Clients and their competition ecommerce effectiveness (organic ranking, content readiness, rate & reviews, availability)
  • Work closely with internal cross-functional teams such as Content, Media, Data&Tech and Clients Marketing team to ensure efficient and effective execution
  • Interpret performance reports to provide actionable insights and analysis to meet objectives

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 3-5 years previous experience within a digital marketplace/pure player and/or ecommerce agency are appreciated
  • Deeply passionate about new technologies and current trends
  • Knowledge of most relevant digital metrics and tools
  • Ability to work well independently and in groups
  • Ability to produce client-facing documents at a good level using Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Working experience on other digital marketing channels is a plus
  • Knowledge of Amazon retail and advertising analytics is a plus
  • Full professional proficiency in Italian and English
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
  • Brilliant communication skills and self-confidence
  • Strong in stakeholder management
  • Highly analytical
