Customer Solutions Coordinator - Italy

Position Purpose
Customer Solutions has the responsibility of delivering excellent customer service to its customer accounts within the business. This includes hires, de-hires, account queries, tracking, raising credits, damages, raising sales orders, transfer hires, tracking secondary locations and invoicing.
Major/Key Accountabilities
- Professional & courteous response to all incoming calls from customers
- Prompt and efficient follow-up of customer queries & service requests
- Ensure the investigation and resolution of customer enqueries with minimal delay. When there is a delay of more than 48 hours, the customer is to be communicated at all times.
- Maintain customer relations and admin support to all customers via systems (Paldirect), telephone and email
- Maintain accurate details of all orders on the in house computer system.
- Processing and control of all contracts and customer database maintenance.
- Invoicing and credit co
Qualifications
Degree required

Experience
1-2 years of business experience
1-2 years of customer service experience

Skills and Knowledge
Strong organisation skills
Excellent customer service and relationship building skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint) skills
Stong commitment to customer service
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Strong account management skills
Strong Prioritisation skills
Detail oriented and a team player

Languages
English & Italian (Essential)
Spanish or any other European Language (Desirable)
