We are looking for the CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT


The successful candidate will be responsible for the following activities:
Technical support to External Service Center
Support to creation/update of service documentation (Service Manual, video)
Monitoring repair data
Checking measuring and testing tools system
Support to service training course

Requirements:
Electronic diploma
Good knowledge of MS Office, above all MS excel
At least 2 years of professional experience inside electronic companies
Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, JDE)
Problem solving
Customer satisfaction oriented
Fluency with written and spoken English
Available to travel abroad for short periods
