Our client is an International pharma manufacturer Group. It has many manufacturing and maintenance facilities in Europe. Furthermore there are regional sales headquarters in Europe, USA and South America.
For their Italian site, located in Umbria region, they are looking for a: CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

The candidate will take care of customer demands liaison with Manufacturing team, Logistic & shipping to make sure customers are receiving first class service. To manage with manufacturing site in Perugia for appropriate forecasting of the products and continuous monitoring of stock for customer demand.

Skills/Knowledge required: good understanding of the sales process good understanding of Stock control excellent communicator with customers ability to convey technical information accurately good organizational and administrative skills numerically competent ability to work to deadlines.

Job Offer: permanent contract, employee level.
Qualifications required
Science 2 years experience working in a similar environment. English fluent any language skills would support the role.

Experience: 4-5 years experience working in a similar customer care/Stock environment. Good understanding of the Production Process.
