Main purpose:
Supports and assures the Customer Service Team s highly professional interactions with customers associated with their order processing, complaint registration, general management and information requirements.
Specific Tasks:
-Order Management
- Order receipt, entry in the ERP system and confirmation
- Maximize On Time and In Full delivery
- Customer and Sales Relationship Management
- Communication with Sales Team and customer when required
- Sources Materials to Fulfill Demand
- Read site inventory levels to fulfill orders
- Read supply scheduling plan to maximize communication and planning
- Enters and follows up on complaints
- Working with resources to ensure fulfillment of orders and resolution of issues
- Obtains adequate customer and product knowledge to find solutions for customer needs (e.g. additional and/or alternative products).
- Makes proposals for improvements on work processes.
- Completes registering / filing / archiving of customer service-related documentation.
- Assures cooperation between customer service and field force regarding administration of customers orders. Closely cooperates with the Logistics function to maintain consistency in approach towards customer service in the organization

Candidate profile

Education: Diploma / University degree
- Experience: 2 years experience in a similar customer service or business related field
- Language skills: Italian mother tongue, very good English
- IT Skills: SAP / MS Office
