For an International Contact Center B2B we are looking for Inbound Operators Native German Speakers (level C2), for Multilingual Customer Supports. The candidate, in activities of inbound call center, will respond punctually to assistance requests from international clients, guaranteeing an excellent service in terms of quality and timings.

Candidate profile: We are looking for dynamic people, with excellent communication skills and customer oriented.
We are looking for Candidate Native German Speakers (level C2), with very good knowledge (level C) of one of the following languages: Italian, English, French, Dutch, Portuguese, Czechoslovak, Spanish, Swedish, Danish.
Request knowledge of the main computer tools and CRM systems.
Contract: Italian Work Contract 4. Lev. CCNL Commercio. Full-time or part-time contract, working in shifts, including holidays and night (the Contract Center opens 24 hours a day). After a trial period of 6 months, the permanent contract will be signed.

Location: The Contract Center is sited in Roma Nord: we are looking for candidates car owners preferred (for location and working in shifts, including night and holidays).
