Our client is an International Chemical Industiral Company borned in Italy. They have three manufacturing facilities in Europe and one in Asia.
For their plant located in northern France, we are looking for a: CUSTOMER SERVICE & LOGISTICS SPECIALIST.

The Customer Service & Logistics Specialist is a very varied role and involves liaising directly with clients as well as suppliers for logistics and transportation.
Customer Service & Logistics Specialist , processes sales orders in accordance with established procedures and company standards using SAP system and any other IT tool.
As a Customer Service & Logistics Specialist, working within Shipping and Logistics he/she will be required to ensure each shipment generates the maximum contribution to the company by keeping constant focus on meeting the required service level at the lowest possible cost.
He/she maintains and files all records in accordance with company procedure and he/she must fulfill and complete all the needed shipping documents
Constantly review working processes with carriers and transport companies to ensure best practice, but also that fees charged are in line with purchasing price list.
He/she assists the sales team with quotations and client s needs.
The Customer Service & Logistics Specialist is requested to produce reports and statistics for meetings.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sales support and services activities, consolidating current customers relations and proactive research of potential opportunities
Essential Qualifications & Requirements

:Bachelor s degree in Logistics or in business management or equivalent working experience.
-Very Fluent in English - At least 3-year experience as customer service and logistics employer. Previous experience in Civil Engineering job sites is highly appreciated but not mandatory. -The skills to work both independently and as part of a team -Good analytical and IT skills
-Great Customer Orientation.
