On behalf of an International Organization, we are looking for a Customer Engagement Specialist.

This strategic figure will be responsible to build and develop a highly committed base of empowered activists and supporters, in order to create a sustainable and powerful movement in the field of human rights' change. Referring to the leader of activism, the candidate will manage the processes of involvement of activists and supporters, adapting the processes to various specific targets of people.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Managing of analysis, designing and implementing innovative strategies aligned to strategic campaigns and monitoring growth targets
2. Developing, implementing and reviewing engagement paths focused of activist
3. Supervising the development and organization of programs and techniques that aim to build a solid base of activists, for a wider mobilization.


Essential Requirements:

1. Degree in Sociology, Business Economics or Statistics
2. At least three years of professional experience in development and management of communities
3. Knowledge of the main marketing tools, data analysis, ability to organize events, proven ability to use the main digital tools
4. Fluent knowledge of the English language.
