Join us in the Consumer Experience team and, as Consumer Journey Data Analyst, you will be the owner of all CJ Analytics Data activities and key subject matter expert for the Italian business organization, as well as for EU/Global functions, for all related processes & systems implications. The key purpose of the job stands in leveraging on advanced analytics and reporting to generate data-driven CJ insights and impact business decisions & strategies, while developing all required tools and assets.

Your ‘day to day’

  • Analyse data points within CRM system, investigating patterns, trends and dynamics towards generating advanced analytics insights and outcomes
  • Create briefs and presentations to share with cross-functional teams and local Management, to support business decisions & strategies with data evidence
  • Leverage on data visualization and reporting to monitor the impact of initiatives on major KPIs, also taking care of ad-hoc requests
  • Sharing intelligence with key internal stakeholders, including analysts from other functions, and support them understanding advanced analytics outcomes
  • Cooperate with CRM team, proactively proposing adjustments in the system to collect more data points, with quality, accuracy and consistency
  • Support IT/CRM team and Global Functions to further develop and improve predictive models and the 'data ocean'
  • Be the major contact point also beyond the affiliate when it comes to CJ Analytics activities and outcomes, also participating to international workshops and meeting
  • Coordinate with external agencies for CJ Analytics activities, when appropriate

Who we’re looking for

  • Graduation in Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Data Science or related fields with a focus on Big Data Analytics
  • 3-4 years’ experience as Data Analyst or Data Scientist
  • Comfort with reporting, analytics and data visualisation with highly numeric & system-based approach
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI and Data Analytics tools
  • Good knowledge of query languages like SQL
  • Ability to work under pressure, keeping attention to details
  • Entrepreneur and team player, with positive attitude and willingness to share competencies
  • Comfortable with working in complex and fluid environments (need to deal with different seniorities/hierarchical levels)
  • Fluent both in English and Italian

What’s ‘nice to have’

  • Good knowledge of Salesforce
  • Project Management Skills
  • Great communication skills
  • Confidence with Suppliers Management
  • Good knowledge and understanding of machine learning algorithm and programming languages as R or Python
