For PHILIP MORRIS ITALY we are hiring People & Culture Operation Specialist


P&C Operation Specialist (HR TEAM) executes the P&ED (Product and Experience Delivery) strategy leveraging on data analytics and on employee experience for co-creating and efficiently deploy solutions, scaling up program/projects with a collaborative mind-set.
P&C Operation specialist provides support to business, employees and P&C Team ensuring efficient, precise, timely and cost-effective services in personnel administration, benefits and data analytics areas following local statutory, Labour law legislation, international legislation, PMI requirements.
Performs operational tasks that cannot be covered by SSC due to legal requirements and face to face contact.

Principal accountabilities:
PERSONNEL ADMINISTRATION:
Administers processes and documentation flows related to all the employee lifecycle events in a timely manner supporting business and P&C team, ensuring respect of Labor Law and PMI procedures and collaborating with Country Team (CT) ensuring correct and timely data processing. Maintains employees' personal files. Processes mandatory information to authorities. Ensures absolute compliance to confidentiality and documentation storage principles of the company and legislation. Collaborates with CT ensuring a proper service delivery eventually reviewing processes for improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.

FLEXIBLE BENEFITS:
Supports and enhances the flexible benefits plan. Evaluates new benefits and ensures quality/compliance of the benefits already used. Manages contacts with provider and monitors KPI. Analyses and evaluates continuous improvement actions. Supports employees requests and develops relevant communication plan for promoting the system.
Cooperates with Finance, payroll and external provider to guarantee all payments. Collaborates with CT ensuring a proper service delivery. Reports data and analyses in relation to the management of the most accurate cost payment and controlling.

BUDGET & ACCRUALS
Manages the costs in the to the area of responsibility, processing Purchase orders monitors running expenses and preparing inputs for monthly & year-end accruals to observe the budget.

Requirements:
'' Overall Experience: 2 years in various HR areas
'' Specific Experience: personnel administration, Data Analytics,
'' Extensive P&C process and transaction experience
'' Knowledge of P&C metrics and their applicability, reporting analytics and capability to produce insights
'' Personal computer skills, including MS Office and Outlook (Spec. Excel)
'' Communication and collaboration skills
'' Knowledge of SAP HR
'' English B2
We offer a temporary contract of 6 months, annual salary 30,900 euro
