Per importante cliente ricerchiamo un/a ADDETTO/A MARKETING
The MarCom Specialist is responsible for executing on the Corporate MarCom plan for IDT Europe, EMEA partners, Key accounts and to support all markets in the region by promoting IDT through Public Relations, Advertising, Tradeshow and events, Sales Focus Needs - e.g. seminars - Distributors Co-op Marketing, Miscellaneous - e.g. purchasing gadgets, printing collaterals locally and shipping to the branches where required
-Key Responsibilities:
Budget- Under the direction of the Sr. Director of Corporate Marketing and Communications
Build up and manage budget plan for all EMEA MarCom, in concert with Finance. Follow up with the team based on the activities involved as well as interfacing directly customers/supplier for payments
Forecasting, looking after budget, managing PO tracking file, handling invoices
Distribution Co-op- In cooperation with the Sr. Manager of Channel
Implement, drive and execute Distribution Co-op Marketing plan as well as and support Key accounts activities
Executing the MarCom plan by completing all the activities required to support seminars, training
Providing product information to promote IDT products on Distribution website, internal and external e-communication
Supporting, assisting coop advertisement by Nisko & Macnica
Handling NPI tool for EBV, looking after stocking orders for any new products
Colleting Metrics and activities results
Tradeshow- In cooperation with the Corporate Marketing and Communications Event Manager
Event Coordinator
Set Up, Organize and Manage upon successful holding all needed Sales Conferences, Tradeshows (directly and in coop with distribution), seminars across Europe and local events inclusive of all the needed co-ordination within the different entities inside and outside the organization to achieve a smooth execution (Corporate Marketing, GAM s, DSM s, as well as external suppliers as needed)
Local PR In cooperation with the Corporate Marketing and Communications Public Relations Manager
Support PR activities when required in concert with the responsible of the Corporate Communication
Assisting in translation and translation review as needed
-Other:
Purchase promotional material to support all campaigns
Provide to all IDT branches and to distribution channel collaterals, required graphic material to promote IDT, preparing boxes and shipment
Deliver all projects on time communicating between corporate marketing and sales
Purchasing material, collaterals required to support EMEA MarCom activities, handling shipments for events, Distribution seminars sales Kits, flyers, goodies to sales and our partners, printing flyers to feed EMEA offices of flyers.
Supporting EMEA sales team with any new requests
Collecting any feedback, concern from sales to be reported to Corporate for improvements, new tool
-Communication:
Posting new material on a shared link to be visible to sales
Updating EMEA Team of any social media activities
Regular meetings with MarCom team
